- Comment templates are used to speed up filling in Trade documents.
Tag templates could be opened from the main menu by selecting Menu --> Comment templates
It can also be opened from Trade in Comments tab select "Open the Template list" from a drop-down menu.
The layout of the Order templates list:
Menu panel contains 4 icons to control the elements:
- add a new element
- edit the current element
- delete the current element. The deleted element cannot be restored.
- favorite. Selected template will be put in new documents by default.
The layout of the Template element:
Add the template and save the element. Now you can select a new template in Trade documents.
Useful information
If you use one template, then you can make it Favorite ( button) in templates list, then with a new document it will be applied by default.
