Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Agreement") govern the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Tarasov Andrey Evgenievich (INN 027415133469, OGRNIP 325028000157350) (hereinafter the "Licensor") and the MaxProfit software user (hereinafter the "User").

Installation, activation, or use of the MaxProfit software constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of this Agreement and the personal-data processing terms set out in it. MaxProfit is a desktop application, not a subscription web service.

2. License to use

The User is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the MaxProfit desktop software in accordance with the selected license type.

  • Decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to obtain the program's source code is prohibited.
  • Sharing your account credentials with third parties is prohibited.
  • One license permits use of the program on one, two, or three of the User's personal devices. The number of devices depends on the license type.

3. Limitation of liability

MaxProfit is a tool for analyzing trading history and testing different trading strategies. The Licensor does not provide financial advice and is not liable for any financial losses incurred by the User in the markets. Trading on the exchange involves high risks.

4. Refunds for digital products

Refunds for a purchased license are not provided. Before purchase, the User is provided with a fully functional 15-day demo version to review the software capabilities and decide on purchasing a license. MaxProfit is a digital product (a software license), and once the license key has been delivered, refunds for a product of proper quality are not available, except where explicitly required by the laws of the Russian Federation.

5. Technical support

To receive assistance, the User can contact us via website chat or submit the form at https://i-maxprofit.com/support. Average support response time is up to 24 hours.

6. Changes to the terms

The Licensor reserves the right to amend this Agreement. Users will be notified of changes by email. Continued use of the program after the terms change constitutes acceptance of the new version of the Agreement.

7. Payment procedure

Payment for a MaxProfit license is processed cashlessly via secure payment pages of our payment partners. The currently available payment methods are bank card and the Faster Payments System (SBP).

  • Card type
  • Card number
  • Card expiry date
  • CVC2/CVV2 code

When paying by bank card, the User is redirected to the bank's authorization page to enter card details. If the card supports 3D-Secure, the User is automatically redirected to the issuing bank's page for additional authentication. The rules and methods of additional identification are determined by the issuing bank.

When paying via SBP, the User is redirected to the bank or payment app interface to confirm the transfer. Payment execution time and possible fees are determined by the User's bank.
