The method is as follows: place our Expert tool on each chart in MT4; after completing an operation (purchase or sale) Expert exports information into a text file and takes a screenshot; MaxProfit in turn constantly checks a specified folder and, if something new appears in it, suggests to load it.

1. Installation of Expert.

Start MaxProfit and open the "Journal of documents" (Menu --> Documents --> Journal of documents)

Then open 'Data import' panel 

In the "Data format" field, select the value "MT4 Online"

In the "Broker" field, select your broker

When you fill in "Broker" field the "Path to files" filed will be filled automatically. Usually the path looks like

"C:\Users\Alex\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\CE014884047B3\MQL4\Files\"

Click "Copy expert" button 

After that the expert "OnlineMaxProfit.ex4" will be copied

from "C:\Program Files (x86)\MaxProfit 4.0\MT4\"

to "Path to MT4 Data Folder\MQL4\Experts"

2. MT4 setup and starting Expert.

In MT4 open options (Menu --> Tools --> Options)

On the 'Expert Advisors' tab, check the 'Allow automated trading'

In the 'Navigator' window, right-click on the folder 'Expert Advisors' and select 'Refresh'

Drag the Expert Advisor into the window with the chart. In the window that appears, click 'Ok'

You should see a smiley face in the upper right corner

3. Import of operations into MaxProfit

Back to MaxProfit and click the "Start import" button

After adding, a new entry will appear in your log. This is a new 'Transaction' document. You can open it with a double click and add additional information, such as: screenshots, video, audio, comment, orders and additional properties.
