- The document Trade is used to reflect a single complete sale-purchase transaction. For example, you bought 2 lots, then sold 2 lots. This is a single document - Trade. 2 or more Trades can be combined into one Trade and analyzed as a single operation.
When importing data from the trading platforms the document "Trade" is created automatically. You can find out more about this from the importing data descriptions.
How to create a new "Trade"?
The layout of the Trade document:

Let’s consider how to fill in the basic parameters of the Trade.
Entry date - the date and time of opening a position.
Exit date - the date and time of closing a position.
If this field is empty, then the Trade is considered to be open and it will not appear in the reports.
If this field is written on, then the result of the Trade will be reflected in the reports and the flag will be displayed in the Trading journal in the column "..."
Trading account. We recommend you to fill in this field always correctly. If the trading account is not specified, the program will not be able to calculate the result of the Trade as a percentage. (the column "Profit, %" in the Trading journal). Also in some cases it will not be possible to calculate the Gross Profit, the Commission and the Net Profit.
To add or edit Trading account select <Add a new Account> or <Open the Account list>
Strategy. If you are working on more than one strategy, we recommend you to fill in this field always correctly. Then you can keep the additional accounting in the context of each strategy and form the report Strategies.
How to create and use Trade Tags?
Click "Add Tag" button, then select <Add a new Tag> or <Open the Tag list>. Learn more about using of Tags from "Trade Tags" sections.
How to combine two Trades?
Click and hold on button and move it to another Trade you want to combine with.
How to exclude one Trade from another?
Right-click the mouse on Trade you want to exclude and select <Exclude from Trade> item menu.
